It could happen that you forgot the username or the password of your WEkEO account, or that you simply wish to change your password.

Find your username
If you forgot the username of your WEkEO account, please contact the WEkEO User Support and share the email address used to create the account. We need the email address in order to find your username back.
Reset your password
In case you lost your password or simply want to change it, here are the steps to follow in order to create a new password for your WEkEO account:
Log out from wekeo.eu.
From the top menu click on Sign In. You should be redirected to the login page. In the bottom left corner click on Forgot password?:
Enter your username and click on Submit:
Click on the link that has been sent to the corresponding email address.
Enter a new password and click on Proceed:
⚠️ Please be aware that only those characters are allowed as special characters:
! @ # $ % & *
After correctly entering the new password and confirming it, you will be returned to the login page where you will see the message Updated the password successfully:
And voilàààà!
You can now login with your new password! 😃
