In case you lost your password or simply want to change it, here are the steps to follow in order to create a new password for your WEkEO account and all the related services (JupyterHub, HDA API, etc.).
Step 1. Log out from wekeo.eu.
Step 2. From the top menu select Sign In. You should be redirected to the login page. In the bottom left corner select Forgot password?:
Step 3. Enter your username and click on Submit:
Step 4. Click on the link that has been sent to the email address of the entered username.
Step 5. Enter a new password and click on Proceed:
⚠️ Please be aware that only those characters are allowed as special characters:
! @ # $ % & *
After correctly entering the new password and confirming it, you will be returned to the login page where you will see the following message: "Updated the password successfully":
You can now login with your new password! 💪
