I forgot my username or password: what should I do?

your username: you need to contact the WEkEO User Support by sharing the email address used to register
your password: you can reset your password directly from the Sign in page
I can't register to WEkEO: what should I do?

Can I change my username or email address?
It is not possible to modify the username or email address of a WEkEO account. Instead, we invite you to create a new account and contact us to delete the old account.
π Note: you can create several accounts with the same email address!
Can I delete my WEkEO account?
Yes, you can delete your WEkEO account. To do so, please contact the User Support and provide the following elements:
username of the account
email address used to register
a reason why you wish to delete the account
We will come back to you if more information is needed or to confirm that your account has been deleted.
