A list of known issues in the WEkEO JupyterHub and how to fix them easily.

While using the WEkEO JupyterHub server, you might encounter some issues.

Here is a list of known issues and what to do in order to resolve them:

If you encounter another issue or don't manage to resolve it with the solutions listed below, please contact the WEkEO User Support.

[101] White blank page at spawn

Follow these steps:

  1. Delete the cookies.

  2. Clean the cache.

  3. Reload the page.

If it didn't fix the issue:

  1. Contact the WEkEO User Support.

  2. In the object you can copy the title of this section.

  3. Explain in details the steps you followed and the result you obtained.

[102] Can't spawn volume

Follow these steps:

  1. Retry on a private session or on another navigator.

  2. Try on both servers (Earth Observation Tools & Machine Learning).

  3. Try at least 5 times to spawn your server.

If it didn't fix the issue:

  1. Click on the Event Log button and copy all the text.

  2. Contact the WEkEO User Support.

  3. In the object you can copy the title of this section.

  4. Explain in details the steps you followed and paste the full error message.

[103] Empty main directory / All files disappeared

Follow these steps:

  1. Delete the cookies.

  2. Clean the cache.

  3. Reload the page.

  4. (If not fix) Logout and login.

If it didn't fix the issue:

  1. Contact the WEkEO User Support.

[104] "Server Not Running" at each spawn
