I forgot my username or can't register to WEkEO: what should I do?


For these two issues, you need to contact the WEkEO Support Team.

You can either send an email at support@wekeo.eu, or via the live chat on the bottom right corner of any page of the website.

Please share with us the email you used to register to wekeo.eu, it will be useful for us in order to find you username, or to be sure you don't already have an account.

I want to change my username or my e-mail address: what should I do?


It is not possible to modify your username or e-mail address. Your solution is to create a new account.

You can contact us to delete the account with the old username or e-mail adresse.

To do so, please send an email at support@wekeo.eu, or via the live chat on the bottom right corner of any page of the website.
